At QZAYS, we’re committed to getting your new roller skates to you quickly, safely, and transparently. This Shipping Policy breaks down everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and handle your orders—no confusing fine print, just straight-up details to keep you in the loop.
Where We Ship
Currently, we offer shipping exclusively to addresses within the continental United States (lower 48 states).
Please note: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, outlying islands, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Additionally, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes—if a P.O. Box is provided at checkout, your order may be delayed, adjusted, or canceled to ensure successful delivery.
Order Processing Timeline
Once your PayPal payment is confirmed, we’ll get to work processing your order right away. Typical processing time is 1–3 business days (business days = Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. public holidays).
During peak shopping periods (like holidays or sales) or if certain skate styles are low in inventory, processing times may be slightly extended—but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number. This email will also include a link to track your package directly through our carrier’s website or a trusted third-party tracking service.
Heads up: Tracking information can take 1–2 business days to update after you receive the confirmation email—this is normal, as carriers need time to scan and process your package.
Delivery Issues & Responsibilities
QZAYS is not liable for delivery delays or issues caused by: incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses (double-check your info at checkout!), carrier service interruptions, weather-related events, or other unforeseen circumstances outside our control.
To avoid delays, please ensure your shipping address is accurate, complete, and includes all necessary details (like apartment numbers or suite numbers) when placing your order.
